Formation Registration
Follow these steps to register your child for Faith Formation.
- Update your family information on the My Household page. Periodically through the year we will mail information to your home, send emails, and text messages and we need to have up-to-date information for all parents. Add any additional members as necessary. (This requires you to Login or Create an account).
- Download the Information Package from the DRE.
- Complete the Faith Formation survey.
- Go to the Faith Formation Event Registration page. Complete the form and pay online. You will receive a confirmation email.
