Formation Registration

Register Children for Faith Formation

1. Login using the link in the upper right corner. Create an account if you are a new to the parish. Use the Forgot Password if you can't remember your password. Watch the video for a quick run through.
2. Update your family information on the My Household page. Periodically through the year we will mail information to your home, send emails, and text messages and we need to have up-to-date information for all parents. Add any additional members as necessary.
3. Download the Information Package from the DRE.
4. Complete the Faith Formation survey.
5. Go to the Faith Formation Event Registration page.
6. Complete the form for the first child. To enroll multiple children click Add Another Person at the bottom of the page.
7. After entering the details for the last child click Register and Checkout.
8. Review the options selected and click the Pay Now.
9. Enter the payment details and click Pay. You can pay using Google Pay, Apple Pay, Credit/Debit card or Checking/Savings account withdrawal.
10. Payment receipt and registration confirmation are sent via email.
